My NSFAS status change to Registration Received and then Monday i called them they said that i must do a Video and Upload it to Whatsapp and i did that but still they have not get back at me

My NSFAS status change to Registration Received and then Monday i called them they said that i must do a Video and Upload it to Whatsapp and i did that but still they have not get back at me. I try calling them and they just have a Conversation where's am in a Phone call with them.
