Dismal customer services

This company has poor customer service. They constantly have "system issues" & if you are a first time applicant, you can ONLY apply online. They do not have an alternative method for first time applicants. There is no difference between them & the department of home affairs with their constant "system issue" tactic. The incompetence is extremely frustrating.
