What a useless administrative experience from a no good procrastinator

Karen, Where do I start, She takes one year to tell you that you have ui19s incorrectly filled, I have been back and forth with her saying this is outstanding and that is outstanding. Then she was in hospital.. then she was in icu. Then after one year she says my docs are alll wrong, I resent them then she goes pooof gone. Its one year three months Its disgusting how she works. Those who got good service must be big shots, she is just useless
