Very grateful to NOQUIF

I found Karen from NOQUIF to be incredibly helpful. I had the most mind-numbing time trying to register a UIF claim, which eventually required an incredible amount of time to sort out as I couldn't create a profile, wasn't on the system like I should've been etc. After I managed to sort it out, there were a number of times I asked for her advice and she was incredibly kind in advising me voluntarily. And when subsequent payments didn't arrive and I had no idea why, she was once again able to assist and I received a payment a few days later. Am so grateful not to have to spend the day at dept of labour pulling my hair out. The system is so flawed, so it's been nice to have a guide. NOQUIF helps make sense of an incomprehensible, poorly run system.
