Unsatisfactory services

If you ever plan or not plan to lose your job or get retrenched, don't ever go though No q uif. This is a company that is suppose to assist you with your application for UIF payments and loading of documents and keeping you updated and assisting you where you are unsure. But No q uif is in now way helpful with any of the above. My documents were submitted on the 15 January 2021 and I still waiting for payment from UIF. After several emails and requests and no direction from their side, it cost me to go in to the UIF offices. And I finally received clarity on what was needed and now I will have to wait much longer for my money to pay out.

After paying a full amount of R895.00 and I had to go in to the UIF offices myself in any case, this seems a bit unfair. I am requesting a full refund of R895.00
