Terrible service

hi, i sent Karen several emails regarding both my mum's and mother-in-law's uif. she hasnt gotten back to me since May 2020. she isnt answering any emails nor her phone....it feels like i have made a bad decision in asking her to do the UIF for us.... terrible service
