Terrible service

Worst service ever! Karen does not provide any form of feedback that makes sense. She is full of excuses all the time. I ended up standing in a Que twice and eventually solved my own UIF claim. Government provided better service than her. I think she might have ****med me and claimed the money for herself. Don't make use of her!
