Service Appreciation

I struggled with long ques to register for uif and eventually came across noquif...submitted documents to Karen..All my communication was via email as opposed to calling her, i would get replies to all my follow ups even if it was a day late.....the delays i realized was with labour since we had lockdown and they had backlogs..i am now sorted and your service Karen is appreciated
