I went on Maternity Leave in April. I contacted Karen and made a payment of R900. She assured me that she will sort out all documentation and submit it on my behalf. That's basically all she did. When I mean "sort" she really just told me what I needed. I still had to have it done myself and just email them to her to email to the department. I could have done this myself. I found myself having to contact her to check on the progress, everytime. You end up having to call the contact center yourself anyway.

9 months later, I eventually just went to the DOL and submitted my documents.
