I contacted Karen from NOQUIF as I was not getting any help from UIF call centre after 1 year. I would phone and just get a different answer every time I called them. Karen has helped me and did follow ups for me and sent me documents that UIF needed. It has been a process but with Karen help I have finally got my full payment
