NOQUIF - slow response for answers

I paid Karen for assistance with UIF and received two payments but have not been able to get in contact for the last two months. I have called and left messages to no avail and sent a lot of emails. I have tried getting through to Department of Labour myself but they will not help me due to the fact that NoQUIF has assisted me. Please Karen I need to get answers and get the money urgently.
