NOQUIF should change to NOPAYUIF

I have been dealing with Karen for over a year now and have not received a single cent. I have completed and submitted all documents that she required, still nothing. Now she is not answering my calls. She is only available to call on Tuesdays and Thursdays and I have been calling her every Tuesday and every Thursday for the past 6 weeks and all I get is "the number you have dialled is not available". I have paid the R895.00 fee up front as required and I am starting to think that this is a ****. I am thinking of handing this case over to the police for *****.
