Karen was very helpful and registered my claim very quickly with the Department of Labour, unfortunately they were not as quick as she was and I had to wait over 4 months before I got paid any monies, but she has been doing this for many years and can advise you as to what documents are required and will attach them to your registration.

She will also be available to assist and support you even after your Initial payout :)
