NO Q UIF

It was during June 20 20 that my wife and I got hold of Karen from the above company to help sort ot UIF during lockdown. Karen was very efficient in sending us what papers we had to produce and send R895 for her services. This was all done immediately. Well if we don't make contact with her we hear nothing. Karen does not return phone calls or emails. I did send her a mail last week giving her 5 working days to respond. I heard nothing. Tried phoning twice today and goes to voicemail. I did leave a message to phone back. No return call. We havent even received a registration number. The 2 or 3 times we have had contact Karen blames the Dept of Labour. All we asking is to be kept updated to which she promises but does not do it. Have you heard of this company??
