Great management of Expectations and guide of how the system works.

Karen assisted me as far as she was able to while she did not create an expectation of being able to influence or interact directly with UIF. She was able to check the progress as per the UIF site and manage my expectations accordingly. She guided me ito a letter I had to write to UIF which was helpful to my application. She does not have inside information nor an inside contact so with the knowledge she has of the system she was able to guide my expectations. I am grateful for her guidance as with it, I may still have been waiting for UIF to react.
