Karen's service is disgusting. She submitted my claim in August 2019. Until to this day, I have not received my pay out. She won't respond to emails. Her phone is always off. If by any chance her phone actually rings, she doesn't answer. She is a *********. I changed my ufiling details when I came to terms with the fact that she has gone MIA. I tried logging into my profile today and its locked because she tried gaining access even after I had changed my details. DO NOT USE HER SERVICES - YOU WILL REGRET THE DECISION AND YOUR MONEY WOULD HAVE GONE TO WASTE!!!!!!!!!!!
