Excellent Service from NO Q UIF

I discovered Karen about 5 years ago when helping a work colleague who was retiring due to age. Subsequently I have referred others to Karen for various UIF claims. Five months ago it was MY turn to claim for retirement due to age, and have been receiving my benefits including catch-up amounts since November. There was a delay at first which was understandable. I was disappointed to read some negative reports, and can only guess that sometimes documentation is not always supp**** to meet SARS UIF requirements. Patience is the key, and seeing the queues at Department of Labour for myself and reading newspaper complaints I feel that Karen does a great job, I would not do it for double the fee! Keep up the good work Karen, we need you.
