Excellent Service

My employment contract was not renewed at the end of December last year. I contacted NOQUIF for assistance in handling my claim against the Unemployment Insurance Fund at that time. Since December last year I have experienced exceptional service from NOQUIF (Karen) based on integrity, curtesy, professionalism and competence. The lockdown situation since March 2020 has created havoc for many businesses and institutions in general and the Department of Labour is no exception having, seemingly, been overloaded with claims. This may have caused backlogs and delays in the processing of claims which I have also experienced. I would not hesitate to recommend NOUIF to anybody for services for which they are qualified.
