Excellence in the time of a pandemic

I would like to thank Karen from Noquif for the excellent and professional service that I received after I had to claim for UIF. I found their service to be very hands on despite the pandemic throwing up many challenges. My emails were answered and I was kept informed through out the claim process. I did encounter issues with the response from the UIF but through it all Karen was positive and encouraging, well done Karen.
