DONT DO IT!!!

Extremely disgusted with this person and the way business was conducted. A whole YEAR I struggled to get ANY answers from this person. Unemployed and pregnant you can imagine my frustration. Dec 2020 - Aug 2021 pointless back and forth emails with no answers or any clear feedback. Radio silence from August to Nov just to get an excuse. I pay you for a service, not cheap I might add and I expect some type of service rendered. I even had to email and call people myself at the UIF offices as per her request and still nothing happened, I mean what did I actually pay you for?. Finally deciding a month ago to use another company and within less than a month everything was sorted and approved. So please pray tell what I actually paid you for lady? I mean come on. To make matters worse my friend also paid you for the same services and Im sure nothing has been done about that either. You should be ashamed of yourself. In my experience I would NOT recommend this woman. At all. Sorry not sorry.
