DO NOT ENLIST THIS SERVICE!

Absolutely terrible service. WASTE OF MONEY! Do not enlist the service of this woman *Karen . She provides no assistance what so ever. After dealing with my UIF claim for over a year and following up with them , I decided to enlist the services of NOQUIF. Karen was extremely optimistic that she will definitely deal with the labor canter and consultants and guarantee my money. All she did was to ensure I pay her a fee of R1000 whist doing the same things that I did. I had to constantly follow up with her. Our conversations became heated as she spoke to me as if I was a child. She is very rude and consider your money paid towards her being a big waste. A one star rating is too much for her. She does not deserve any rating and people should be made aware of this service and not lose their money!
