Utter ****! Karen will waste your time like she did mine for 7 months with the same old weekly excuse of "everything is in order,I have sent through an enquiry" only to be told that It was approved ages ago and I needed to do a payment continuation,I did not know of this as I spent R1000 for her to make sure that everything was handled,it has now been cancelled...I never once got feedback from her without having to beg for it and now I need to sort this out myself at the offices...do not waste R1000 , please go in and do it yourself.
