I visited the manufacturing steel works that seems to accept most steel and ironmongery manufacturing jobs.<br> <br> I provided them with a diagram indicating the necessary measurements and finishes and verbally indicated the number of units I required, which was jotted down on the diagram by Billy.<br> <br> I received an invoice from the receptionist indicating a cash sale. I paid the amount(2K) in full, in cash, as this business hasn't embraced point of sale terminal or EFT. My invoice was scrawled on that I had paid cash but no receipt was given or signature was added.<br> <br> Enquiring on when I could collect the work, I was informed that I might get it back the following week, if the work had returned from galvanising, otherwise maybe the next week.<br> <br> No one called to tell me the goods were ready for collection and I had to telephone and then explain what work I had submitted to them as they could not link up the work with the invoice number they have supp**** me. <br> <br> I collected an incorrect number of requested articles, despite the requested number being written down.<br> <br> I took the goods as what was supp**** would suffice.<br> <br> Never do business with Valley Steel as you will be doing them and you a favour
