Delayed car repairs.

The servise is bad, they lie to their customers. I took my car for repairs after haill damages on the 15/112023 estimated completion date was 24/11/2023 they extended the date to 29/11/2023 every week they come with new excuses, i went to the check on the progress of my car, found out they only started two days before on the car. I had a one on one with the Manager promised the completion date of 08/12/2023 Tuesday this week he send an extended date to 14/12/2023 this is the worst customer service, this company is unreliable and full of empty promise but they can't deliver. I am and disappointed MiWay insurance please find another panelbeater around Brits for yur customers.C.M LEBETHE
