I feel like I'm being ****med

I got a call from one of the sellers over there in Noor Auto and told me about a Ferrari spider 458 asking me to swap with my BMW i8 and then balance him. I was interested and we agreed on me sending R1.1m with my Bmw i8. So I paid the full amount to him on June 6th last month. Ever since then untill this moment I still haven't heard anything from them. They don't take my calls anymore neither did they respond to my message on WhatsApp. This is making me feel uncomfortable I am taking legal action on this if anything is not being done. I don't like it. You don't ignore someone like that after taking their money.
