The worst service

I bought a car from Noor Auto. Upon delivery, the car was not what it looked like on the picture. It was brought by truck from Durban to Johannesburg. When I saw it I was really disappointed and the owner of Noor Auto promised that they will sort everything out. I didn’t even have a spare key. The original key was also in a bad state with the rubber coming off. While driving back home with the car it showed me that the car is due for service. Needless to say I paid R35000 from my own pocket for an annual major service. When I asked the owner for a repayment he said he will repay me and I’ve been sent from pillar to post until this day. Those people promise you heaven and earth and just send thunderstorms instead. I’m disappointed by the service from Noor Auto and will never advice anyone to buy a car from them.
