Indestructible smart watch

Order #1361 confirmed - This smart watch was advertised as indestructible and functional. Order placed on 25 Feb 2024 and received it eventually on 22 March 2024. However after only 17 days it broke down and on 9 April 2024 I advised Noomo of the issue and requested a full refund against a tender for the return of the watch as it was clear that the quality is not even remotely as advertised and a replacement would only exacerbate the issue. After having confirmed that a refund will be processed eventually on 7 May 2024, I have been waiting receipt of the refund since then. Follow ups with Noomo on 8 May 2024, 22 May 2024, 23 May 2024 upon which date I provided my bank confirmation as requested, 5 June 2024, 18 June 2024 and 20 June 2024 where I advised of pending legal action if the refund is not processes by 21 June 2024. On 22 June 2024 I received the last feedback from Noomo advising that the issue has been escalated. I will never buy anything from Noomo again as this product was not as advertised and their 100% money back guarantee is worthless
