Avoid Noomo!!!

Awful. Paid in full, first vacuum never arrived, damaged in transit. I asked for refund and was told I’m getting another vacuum, NOTHING has arrived? I email them every few days asking for updates .. nothing! Their website is also suddenly inaccessible?? Bye bye R1600!!!
