Poor quality

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a Noola stroller for my first child and need to voice my huge disappointment. When one pays such premium prices you expect quality. But my friends who paid half of what I did for a stroller are much better off. The stroller is very flimsy, the zip at the back of the stroller broken in the first week, the one clip for the baby seat was faulty from day one. The back rest does don't want to go down into a sleeping position. The material around the safety bar comes off when my son chews it which is a safety hazard as he keeps getting pieces of material in his mouth. Now the handbar at the back is also coming loose and its not even a year old. This stroller was meant to last for my first and second child, but is not even going to last for my first child. I truly expected better quality. I contacted Noola to voice my disappointment, but all they were able to do is send me a new safety bar which my son has already chewed broken again. These bars should be made from leather and not pleather. After using this stroller for just a short few months I am forced to buy a different stroller. Most disappointing item I have bought in a very long time.
