NOOLA BUG carry cot handle breaks off

I had purchased a brand new Noola bug set late last year.

I was carrying my 3 month old baby in the carry cot when the handles broke off causing it to fall with my baby in it.

When I had initially contacted Noola, I was informed they would only provide me with a replacement as it was used.

They had eventually agreed to give me a refund but gave me the run around before I told them the matter will be taken up with my lawyer.

It is disappointing to spend so much money with a company who shows no concern of the safety of the baby (Noola not once asked whether the baby was hurt or not) or how the handles broke off.

Will definitely not recommend this company to anyone considering the bad customer service and safety concern of the product.
