UNFAIR CUSTOMER TREATMENT

<p>On the 29/03/2016 I went to Noo Shoos Menlyn Mall Branch and I lay-byed 2x Boots with R1 035.</p> <p>I paid R600 as a deposit to the Lay-bye and my balance is R580.00.</p> <p>Conditions of the Lay-bye are "Duration 60 days from date of purchase ,if Uncollected withing the 60 day period, lay-bye will be cancelled. A handlind fee of 25% of the value of the lay-bye will be charged on cancellations."</p> <p> </p> <p>Today being 20.06.2016, i went to ask if I can take another pair of shoes with the Balance Remaining after the 25% is being deducted because the 60 days has passed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told by the Store Manager that they HAVE to take 50% of the Deposit paid not the 25% that is clearly stated on the Conditions.</p> <p> </p> <p>I dont want a refund, I would like to buy another pair of shoes with the Remaining Balance from the 25% off.</p> <p> </p> <p>Could you kindly clearify this for me</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards,</p> <p>Valerie</p>
