Don't let them waste your time

Spent a week waiting at home for the installation team to come correct a mistake on the setup. Was promised they would arrive to complete the work on multiple days, nobody showed. Now waiting on a Sunday. We were advised they would arrive between 09:00 and 10:00.

It is currently 13:16 and still waiting.

Natalie (the only contact person I have for them) says she does now know how many teams are deployed today or where any of them are.
