Broken Promises

I'll update my experience here as it goes along. So far, it is shocking. When I went down this route I read the reviews and told myself I was happy to wait the 8 weeks. I understand the challenges. However then suddenly they message you with a 12-week timeline!! This contradicts all the communication that they send me via GoSolr. I did not even ask for an earlier timeline.

I tried to contact them in writing and telephonically to resolve the issue, but they do not come back to you. So I was then forced to load this complaint.

So far my experience is that you stay away from them and GoSolr.
