NO NO does not work.
I just want to inform you that NONO does not work for me at all. I bought it on groupon. Can't belive I wasted my money. You can't set the heat function. It sets itself. I have been using it almost 2 months now and I am back on my laser sessions that works.

We are sorry to hear that you have been experiencing difficulty with your no!no! device.
The display screen on the no!no! device reflects two statuses - the heat level as indicated by a light icon, and the life span of the tip as indicated by a tip icon.
To adjust your device's heat settings, press and release the treatment level button below the display screen until it sets your heat level as indicated by the bars on the display screen.
Once you begin using the device, the display screen will revert to displaying the life span of the tips. This change merely reflects an alternate display and not a resetting of the heat setting. If you press the heat setting button again, the display screen will reflect the heat setting level which will appear as it was set.
Enclosed in each device's packaging are illustrated instructions explaining how to operate the device and adjust the heat settings. You may download these instructions at the following link: http://bit.ly/1NdSHwR
