DO NOT USE NONNA'S FLOWERS & DECOR FOR YOUR WEDDING

DO NOT USE Nonna's flowershop & Decor for your wedding!!!! I hired her for my wedding and ALL my flowers were a disaster! She did nothing like I asked and then she tells me everything is like the picture which is a lie! I could have done it myself and it would've looked better. My bouquet was so small and looked NOTHING like the picture and I paid a lot for it and my brides****s flowers looked like it was picked out of a garden quickly. She was completely convinced that she did everything I asked for and it looked how I wanted, then she comes with saying no she couldn't get flowers because the "shipment" was stuck in KZN (she never imported anything) she just makes excuses. If a client pays for something you make another plan then in order to give them what they want. She just said she couldn't make another plan because she got the flowers from the market where she has a card. Can you believe it!! She had to do more than 8 quotes for me because every time she makes a mistake or she keeps on adding stuff that she thinks I want. I advise all brides NOT TO USE HER, you will not have your dream wedding if you use her. She also used candles that cost R80 that looked like she bought them for R30 from china mall and it was an off white/cream UGLY color. She sent me pilalr candles that were exactly what I wanted and then she came with those candles? And say no she told me they would look a bit different (this was a whole other candle) no even close to what she sent me or the color I chose. I could've bought candles from @home for the same price and it would've been exactly what I wanted. Then she says no your pictures all have **** flowers in (Pinterest pictures and picture from other weddings) so how is it possible that all the other suppliers in SA can get those flowers for a wedding but she tells me they are ****. Then she also says not the pictures are edited and you don't get that color flowers. Which is bullsh*t!! The picture are from other wedding in SA then! Nothing was like the picture I sent her! My whole day was ruined because of her!! You will not have your dream wedding if she does your flowers & decor! She will keep assuring you everything is in order and everything will look like the picture etc. Pay more and get a proper person that known's what they are doing and has the experience, someone that has been doing it for years, not someone that does it as a hobby. If I can give a -5 stars review I would've!
