Annoyed and traumatised

On the 1st December 2021

I went to the mall to buy building material, and as I got to the warehouse I had to withdraw money at the atm. I was transferring money from one account to another at Std bank. Later I went to withdraw at Capitec as I had to pay my builder. As I was standing at the que at Capitec some woman comes up accusing me of taking money from her account. The security came up to me and manhandled me, i asked them to get footage for the incident...instead of doing so... they put had cuffs on me and chained to the gate. One security guards even taizerd me with an electric gun. I tried to call my builder to come to me, but my phone was taken off me.

The owner of the warehouse had to come rescue me to show these securities. Why would I ***** R450 from this woman, whereas my purchase was over R4000. They took me off the cuffs without and apology, I was humiliated pictures were taken of me there were crowds around me i even wet my pants. I was treated like a ********

I've been trying to get hold of the centre manager to no avail. I want to lay a complaint against those security guards and the centre as there was no footage looked at and I was mishandled as a result i got bruises.

I am traumatised and i don't ever think i'll go to that mall again.
