Close corporation company

I am Rebecca Mabilu from South Africa Limpopo province, I purchased 50 box's of typek A4 papers white in colour from a company called Non paper cc I placed my order on the 19 of August 2019 I deposited R6000 which also covers the transportation of the papers from their warehouse to my address I was promised that I will receive my boxes after 48 hours which never happened when I do followup they told me that I have to deposit another money so that J connection transportation can deliver my boxes they said they need R4805,i then reminded them that I don't have to pay for transport because my order include transportation I asked them to cancel that order and give me the order I made which they never did , then they started telling me that they give me 60 boxes which does include transportation of the boxes so I'm gonna have to pay so that I can receive my boxes ,after days I told them that I don't have money I can only deposit R3000 they said its fine I should deposit it then on the 28 August 2019 I deposited that R3000 after my deposit asked them when will I receive my boxes they told me that I won't receive my boxes I still have to pay R12000 to J connection transportation I own them that much for good storage fee before they can deliver my boxes before
