STAY FAR AWAY !!!!

*STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE* I have been in a car accident about 3 months ago. The car is still with them! I have been paying every month since I started renting from them. Not missing a payment now they refuse to release the car to me if I don't pay them August rental as well as the access as well as the licence. The lady said they refuse to release the car if I don't sign a debit order it is a must with the (p.o.p.i) act. I have been paying every month not missing a payment for more than a year via eft. So please tell me what is their problem....
