Bad service

I called an ambulance at 19h25 and it reached us at 20h54. When they arrived they said they can't take my mother as the situation was bad. They, the paramedics said I must call the police to assist. I called them but by the time the police arrived at my mother's home the paramedics were no longer there. The Police had to take my mother to the hospital. I am really disappointed at their service.
