Cancel Namola

I've been trying many many times to cancel the subscription but they're not helping me, I've sent them the emails for cancelation, I'd logged into the app to cancel but no luck, i contacted them many times speaking to their consultants and they also did not help me. I am being forced to be their client whereas I am no longer interested in their service. I am paying something that I don't want anymore.
