Terrible service!

NomNOm Jewels advertised a Black Friday special online. I ordered the product and paid for it. A day later I get an email to say that they charged me the incorrect price and I need to pay in almost double. They then told me it's my laptop that caused a glitch in the system (I wish my laptop had those special powers). Shocking customer service!
