Overpriced, Lack professionalism

Actually they deserve zero stars, traveled with them to Bushfire 2025. They overcharged for the level of service they provided, accommodation was horrible with rooms with cables over your head, showers with no shower doors. Breakfast was a nightmare, no variety same thing every day. Shuttles to the festival were an issue, some members had to make their own way back via meter taxis. Lack professionalism, the way they address their clients, itinerary not detailed and not shared in time, it was only made available the week before travel. Good luck to 2026 team, doubt there will be much improvement as they can’t take constructive criticism.
