Disappointing Mozambique trip

Planning planning planning. And common courtesy. Two very lacking aspects of this travel agent. Was booked on a Mozambique trip, 2 nights in Maputo, 3 in Bilene, between 4 to 9 September 2023. Had a horrible time from leaving late (over 4 hour delay), accomodation issues (we were allocated a house as a group only for them to come after we had settled and tell us that we should cede the main bedroom to a couple in another group😪) and general false advertising on the main attraction (Ngungwa island and speed boat). The hosts(Nomjey tours) lack people management and general PR skills. They were not courteous in their dealings with us when raising queries and complaints. They can both benefit from having a qualified PR team. The San Martinho resort at Bilene should rather be the main attraction and they could capitalise on its beauty and different anemities and activities. Generally, Bilene is a beautiful resort town with San Martinho being its nicest place of the 2 i visited, Ngungwa island is overrated and Nomjey tours is not that great. The pictures attached are of San Martinho Beach Club Resort. Its Great. Our driver Sihle was great though.
