Bilene tour 4 to 9 Sept 2023

Our departure was delayed by more than 4hours, the owners were very defensive and rude to us when we were complaining about the delays. They don't give enough details about the trip which smounts to false advertising, the trip is said to be a 5 day holiday but you only relax for 2 days, the rest are travelling. I wss also dissappointed by the speed boats, no life jackets and the so called island that had dirty pools. They aldo dnt tell you that you will share houses as groups of six or 8 and couples should have first preferance yet we all pay the same amount. The communication was poor, the schedule for the next day would ne sent after midnight.
