Where is my order

I orderd heat and massage machine from Nomiskon the 6th of Jan 2023. An email of acknowledgment was sent however when i try to track the order their website says "The checkout page you’re looking for does not exist" . Till today 23 Jan 2023 they havent responded to my emails. I need people to know so they dont order from Nomisk. All i need from them at this point if refund.
