I encountered a problem with a grade 2a teacher, Mrs. Salu Gumede. from Nomini Primary School from Orange Farm Stretford

We were on the phone when she told me that my child passed Grade 2, and I was so happy that I told the child that he passed and my child was also happy to hear the good news but when we received the report card, the child had failed I told my child that he failed , he started crying and threw himself on the ground even now my child cannot believe that he failed because he was told that he passed even now my child still traumatised, so I really want to know that where did things went wrong here. I sent my sister to go to school to find out what happened because I was at work, my sister asked the Teacher that why they wrote ( Well Done- usebenze kahle ) on the Report because the child failed according to the second statement, then the Teacher said ''Oh sorry it was a mistake''-
Then she took the Original Report and went to the Office and they changed and erase ''Well Done'' , they put '' Aka sebenzanga kahle '', now i am sitting with the Copy Report not Original.
