TERRIBLE Service from Online Support

Waiting over a MONTH just to replace the faulty link that Nomination sent me. I ordered a birth stone link, but the stone fell out of the link after wearing only for a month. I reached out to online support to log a return and replacement with a new one under warranty. First they promised to pick up the faulty link a few days after I logged the return. We arranged everything so that the link can be picked up. The courier just never showed up, so I asked them whats going on. More that a week later, I get a reply saying they will schedule a new pick up. They picked it up and it's been a month since they picked up my nomination. Anthea is the assistant helping me and the service I get from her is TERRIBLE. She replies weeks after I send an email or she doesn't reply at all. Won't ever buy online again.
