NON Existing Customer Service

Simply not getting back to us on written e-mail queries. E-mail states they reply in 2 working days. It's now been a week. Multiple e-mails have been sent. You cannot get hold of the online department at all via a phone regarding a return.

I love the product. However the Customer service is a total DISGRACE!
