Nomination SA - HAS FAILED TO DELIVER AN ORDER I PLACED ON 21 DECEMBER

I placed an order on 21 December 2018 at the Nomination SA website for a gold bracelet. I was aware that they would only deliver when they open on the 14th of Jan 2019. However, up to date I have not received my order. I have called countless times and their phone is not answered 99% of the time. I once sent an email and was advised that I would get my order in the following week which was week of 21 Jan 2019. I still dont have my order. I called again last week and was told I would get a call back from the person I spoke to. Nomination has failed to deliver my goods and update me on what's happening. This is UNACCEPTABLE
