Nomination Bracelet South Africa

We ordered a nomination bracelet for a friends birthday on the 10th December 2019 and to date it has not been received despite many empty "promises". We have now asked for a refund and since my request nobody has even bothered contacting us. It's a disgrace, so be careful ordering online as they have many excuses as to why the goods are not being delivered and are extremely unprofessional. The Head Office has a stupid answering machine and nobody bothers calling you back anyway.
